• Product changes and additions.  We know all about online shopping carts, and we're fast, (really fast). We'll accurately keep them updated with products and product availability.
• Updates to calendars - adding breaking news and upcoming events.  Few things are worse for a website than stale copy.  It suggests "nobody's home".  Keeping up can be pure drudgery, but if you've got the content, we've got the time. 
• Add photos, graphics, graphs and charts.   Sometimes this involves specialized software to render the images in clean, easy-to-read content.  We use Adobe's Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, and various video solutions.  
• Text re-writes and improvements.  We write content, not just improve it.  We'll automatically optimize it for search engine ranking too.  Writing effective and compelling copy for the Internet takes a special skill.   We've been doing it for years.
• Site facelifts and makeovers - keeping your presentation fresh and interesting.  We're involved one way or another in a lot of Internet sites.  We see what works and what doesn't.  We can add banners, dress up splash areas, and do other stuff that will improve the visitor experience.  You'll get lower bounce rates and higher conversion.

WEB ANALYTICS:  DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR VISITORS ARE DOING?

• Surprisingly, a lot of websites still don't use web analytics.  Maybe their owners don't realize that high quality analytics are absolutely free from Google, of all folks. Maybe they don't realize the value, or assume they won't be able to install and use them.
• Operating a business online without web analytics is like driving a car blind.  Your site is going to crash. You don't know where you've been, where you're going, nor how fast things are happening, much less why.
• If you haven't installed web analytics, we'll install Google Analytics for you.  It's fast and simple to do.  Because of that we consider the task to fall under our Webmaster services where the rate is really reasonable.  Don't do without this.
• If you don't know how to use or interpret your web analytics, we'll coach you.  Google Analytics come from Google (of course), and cover the Internet. They contain a huge amount of information.  We'll show you how to find just what you can use.
• Back to our question:  Do you know what your visitors are doing on your website?  If you do, then you know how many unique visitors you have, what pages they visit, how long they stay on each page, how many abandoned your website immediately and from what page. You know your order volume in easily configured slices of time.  Can you do without this?  Nope ...
