Contributions we may offer include the technology-related elements of building an asset on the Internet. This may include application selection, Internet site design, creation, search engine optimization, initial promotion, Internet marketing, and site hosting responsibilities.

We can provide due diligence through research, case studies, and direct contact with resources in the peer group for a project.

We can also provide detailed, expert, project specifications for outsourced work and the oversight of work done offshore to ensure compliance with project requirements.

We have significant experience as project managers for IT development on and off the Internet.

We can develop and implement a plan that contemplates our direct and hands-on involvement in a project to diminish over time, until we become a passive investor in common with other project owners. Triggers for stepping back can include deferring to other management when defined milestones have been reached, indicating that a project has matured and is ready to fly solo.
